ARMS DEALER Launches August 20, 2026

Koro Pixel Studio and Dark Product are pleased to confirm that ARMS DEALER will launch worldwide on PC via Steam on August 20, 2026.

Following its recent public playtest, the game is now preparing to open its doors to everyone. Feedback gathered from players during the test has been incorporated into the launch build, with balancing changes, usability improvements and additional refinements arriving for day one.

What Kind of Arms Dealer Are You?

Every dealer has a style.

Maybe you are the Opportunist, making your money quickly and disappearing before anyone notices. Maybe you are the Financier, using debt and borrowed capital to build something far bigger than you could ever afford outright. Or perhaps you are simply the dealer who cannot resist chasing the biggest transaction on the board.

On August 20, you can find out.

In ARMS DEALER, you do not command armies or fight battles. You operate behind the scenes, buying and selling to the people who do.

You begin with little more than debt, ambition and access to a market. From there, the objective is simple: buy low, sell high and build a business before the business kills you.

As your operation expands, so does everything around it. Small transactions become container-sized deals. Basic weapons give way to military hardware, armoured vehicles and increasingly sophisticated weapons programs. New financing options allow you to take bigger risks, while additional trading days and access to capital can turn a modest operation into something much more dangerous.

The problem is that growth attracts attention.

Loan sharks want their money back. Gangs want a cut. Police become increasingly interested in where your money is coming from, and black market brokers are rarely in the business of doing favours.

Market movements can create enormous opportunities, but they can just as easily destroy you. One good deal can transform your bank balance. One catastrophic mistake can end the entire campaign.

That tension sits at the centre of ARMS DEALER. Every decision becomes a calculation between profit, exposure and survival. Borrow aggressively and you might grow faster, but the debt still has to be repaid. Hold inventory for too long and prices may turn against you. Chase the biggest markets and the rewards increase, but so does the risk of attracting exactly the kind of attention you were trying to avoid.

ARMS DEALER is developed by Koro Pixel Studio, creators of Loop//Error and the accompanying book of the same name. The project continues the studio's interest in unusual subject matter and systems-driven experiences built around difficult decisions.
