Business Is Booming: The ARMS DEALER Playtest Continues

The first group of traders has entered the black market—and business is going very well.
The initial round of the ARMS DEALER Steam Playtest is now underway, giving players an early opportunity to trade weapons, manage increasingly questionable relationships and discover how quickly a promising commercial enterprise can descend into debt, violence and administrative catastrophe.
The response so far has been extremely encouraging. Players have been exploring the game’s systems, testing different strategies and providing valuable feedback that is already helping Koro Pixel Studio and Dark Product prepare the final updates and improvements ahead of release.
Naturally, there have also been several murders. This was anticipated and remains within acceptable operational parameters.
What Is ARMS DEALER?
ARMS DEALER is a darkly comic strategy and trading simulation in which you do not command armies—you supply the people who do.
Starting with limited funds and dangerous debts, players must buy low, sell high and build a profitable international weapons business. Market prices fluctuate, opportunities appear and disappear, and every deal carries its own risks.
Successful dealers can expand from knives and small transactions to containers of military equipment and armoured vehicles. Along the way, they must contend with loan sharks, criminal gangs, corrupt officials, police attention and an increasingly complicated collection of people who would like their money back.
Each run presents new opportunities, difficult decisions and potential disasters. Profits can be invested in permanent upgrades, giving ambitious traders a better chance of surviving—and earning even more—on their next attempt.
The Next Shipment Arrives Saturday
The next round of Steam Playtest access will be granted on Saturday, 25 July 2026.

Access is being released in controlled batches, so requesting access does not guarantee immediate admission. More players will be invited as the playtest continues.
