Studio Ortica’s psychological horror experience BIRDS WATCHING is coming to Nintendo Switch on September 24, 2026, bringing the strange, unsettling world of Gran Toc to Nintendo players for the first time.
The world burned. The birds remained.
You are the last human alive, surviving at the top of Gran Toc — the only place still untouched by an endless global fire. Your days are spent exploring the mountain, observing the birds that escaped there with you and cataloguing the species you discover.
It is peaceful. Isolated. Desperate.
And you are not alone.
What begins as an almost meditative birdwatching expedition gradually becomes something far stranger, forcing you to decide who — or what — you can trust as the mountain begins to reveal its secrets.
Following its release on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, BIRDS WATCHING now takes flight on Nintendo Switch.
Its compact, narrative-driven structure makes it particularly suited to portable play. Explore Gran Toc at home, under the covers with headphones, or take the mountain — and its inhabitants — wherever you go.
